The Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control of the Ministry of Planning granted a patent for professor at the Faculty of Agriculture at the University of Kufa Sharaf Ali Hadi from the Department of Food Science on (manufacture of therapeutic milk product supported by selenium and its function in the reduction of some chronic diseases and incurable). The study aims to strengthen the milk prepared for the manufacture of yoghurt in different concentrations of selenium in order to raise its level in the product manufactured and meet the daily need of it and the treatment of some chronic and intractable diseases
