Dr. Hazem Al-Talqani, the Director of Dormitories Affairs, represented by Dr. Yasser Lafatah Hassoun, the President of Al-Kufa University, in honoring Engineer Shakir Fayez Al-Atwi, the Director of the Water Resources Directorate in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf, with a letter of appreciation, acknowledging the supporting efforts provided by the Directorate through their support to the dormitories.

At the end of the visit, Al-Talqani thanked the Water Resources Directorate, wishing them success in serving our dear country.
