Symposium: Donanemab and Alzheimer’s

The Faculty of Pharmacy- University of Kufa held a symposium titled “The Therapeutic Impact of Donanemab on Alzheimer’s Patients.”
It aimed to discuss the impact of Donanemab on improving cognition and memory levels in Alzheimer’s patients.
It included the effect of this treatment in reducing the harmful protein beta-amyloid by removing these plaques in the brain, which contributes to improving the functions of nerve cells.
The symposium concluded that Donanemab is capable of slowing cognitive decline in early-stage Alzheimer’s patients.
