The Social Research Department, in collaboration with the Holy Shrines, organized a visit to the holy city of Karbala to visit the shrines of Imam Hussein and his brother Abu al-Fadl al-Abbas, peace be upon them. The visit included religious and educational lectures for the students and is part of a series of visits conducted by the Social Research Department aimed at raising the religious and cultural awareness of the students living in the dormitories to confront deviant thoughts. The visit concluded with the students being hosted for dinner by the shrine of Imam Hussein.
