It aimed to explore the latest medical techniques for improving the natural childbirth experience and reducing associated pain.

2-Safety & Efficacy: Discussion of potential side effects and their effectiveness compared to other pain management methods.
3-Comparative Analysis: Examined the differences between unmedicated childbirth, spinal anesthesia, and general anesthesia.
4-Indications & Safety Criteria: Outlined the conditions for using epidural anesthesia and safety standards for both mother and fetus.
5-Nursing Role: the crucial Role of nursing staff in educating pregnant women and providing support during labor.
