The University of Kufa’s team secured first place in the Iraqi Universities Athletics Championship for Students, organized by the Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Authority – Student 69Ƶ Division of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, with the participation of 52 Iraqi universities.
The team earned 96 points, outperforming the University of Wasit, which claimed second place with 79 points, and the University of Baghdad, which ranked third with the same score.
This achievement reflects the university’s commitment to supporting student activities and fostering a culture of competitive excellence across diverse fields.
