The Faculty of Sciences – University of Kufa organized a symposium on “Quality of Management in the Thought of Imam Ali (PBUH).”
It included administrative, economic, and social reforms, selection of leaders and rulers based on the structural framework Imam Ali (PBUH) established for state-building, and the methods he used to ensure justice and fairness.
It touched on the administrative applications during the reign of Imam Ali (PBUH), during which he practically implemented the Quranic texts and the noble Prophetic traditions with justice. His administrative theory was comprehensive, encompassing the governance of the state administratively, economically, socially, and ethically.
It concluded that quality management systems are rooted in Islamic principles, as the Islamic State adopted the foundations and philosophy of comprehensive quality management.
