Practical guidelines included:
-Enhancing protection through software updates and antivirus tools.
-Exercising caution when sharing personal data or interacting with suspicious links.
-Document evidence and promptly report blackmail attempts to authorities.
It concluded with recommendations urging individuals and institutions to adopt proactive measures against cybercrimes and the necessity of reporting them.
