The Faculty of Engineering – University of Kufa held a course
“Fundamentals of Nanotechnology and Methods for Preparation of Nanomaterials”.
The Course included Topics:
-Basic concepts of nanotechnology and related terminology.
-Explanation of nanomaterial preparation methods.
-Introduction to equipment for nanomaterial preparation, such as pulsed laser devices and nanofilm preparation devices, such as DC sputtering devices.
-Chemical precipitation and laser deposition systems.
-Preparation of Nano solutions by more than one method.
-Coating of some samples using furnaces for heat treatment.
