The Faculty of Political Science -University of Kufa held a symposium, “Biological Security from the Perspective of International Relations.”
It included the importance of biological security for decision-makers and governments during the COVID-19 pandemic, which overwhelmed many countries.
It aimed to define biological security and its risks in a way that preserves the safety of individuals, communities, and nations.
It concluded that biological security is one of the aspects of security that modern scientific developments in biology have produced.
